Payment Terms

Transaction details must be set in a way that we are not charged for any fee


All prices on our website are subject to change without notice. Orders will be invoiced at the price prevailing at the time of order. We will not be responsible for pricing errors. 

Items Sold Out
Although we make strong efforts that all items offered in our shop are available, it may be the rare case that an item is sold out. In this case we will refund the payment or notice you and ask for a replacement item. 


All orders will be shipped via first class air mail and in accordance with the selected tariff, after receipt of your payment. Processing time will be kept as short as possible, where most orders are shipped after one to three working day.

Cancel an Order - Return of Merchandise
We grant the right to cancel an order within a period of two weeks. This can be done by email if the order hasn´t been delivered already or by sending back all items. Return of merchandise is only accepted, if the seed packages haven´t been opened and all shipping fees have been payed. We will refund only the value of undamaged items received. Shipping costs are carried by the customer. 

We are not responsible for damage after delivery to the carrier. All claims for storage and damage must be reported to the carrier immediately and filed with the carrier by the customer. 

Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Seeds are living organisms and germination rates depend on physical conditions that are outside of our influence. Therefore we do not give any warranty on germination rates.
Our Liability is limitated to the value of the items delivered.
All complaints regarding incomplete or erroneous shipments must be made within 10 days after receipt of the shipment. 

Customs - Phytosanitary Certificates
Customers have to check their import regulations for seeds before ordering. 
We are not responsible if customs or agricultural services confiscate seeds. 
Due to the high costs and the very time consuming procedure we are not able to provide phytosanitary certificates.

All personal data of our clients are kept in password protected files with no access to third partys. 
We do not sell any customer data
